The etiopathogenesis of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) remains speculative. Epithelioid
granulomas are often found in the vicinity of damaged interlobular bile ducts in PBC, raising
the possibility of a reaction to microbial materials. In this study, we tried to detect and identify
